Can I change the date or time of a booking?
If you contact us 48hrs prior to your original booking via email - quoting your booking reference and preferred dates & times we will do our best to rearrange your booking (subject to availability).
How many adults do you actually need to pay for?
Any adult wishing to accompany a child through the Grotto will need to pay for admission. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by at least 1 adult.
Is there are limit to how many children/adults can attend at a time?
Per bookable slot there can be a maximum of 2 children and 4 adults. If you require to book for 3 children for example you would need to book 2 slots and divide the adults between them. Our staff will know by your booking that you are one family and will ensure you all get to visit Santa at the same time, you just require additional time slots to give the young people adequate time with Santa.
Can I bring my baby or grown up child to watch?
If you have a child that doesn't want to receive a present from Santa but still wants to come please purchase an adult ticket for them. If you do want a present for your baby please purchase the Under 1s ticket.
How many slots can I book at a time?
You can book as many slots as you need to meet the demands of your group. Please note for actual groups bookings, i.e. a nursery group please contact our elves via firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you cater for large group bookings?
If you have a large group (~20 people or more) we would advise you to contact us prior to booking online as we will be better placed to ensure your group all get access to the experience at the same time email@example.com
Do I need to print out the booking confirmation?
No as long as you can show us the confirmation on a phone or similar then you do not need to print it out. Please have your booking number ready when you reach the main entrance.
Can I just turn up on the day?
No, it is online bookings only
Can I book in person at the golf club or over the phone?
No, it is online bookings only please use the booking link
When should I arrive?
You should arrive for the start of your booked slot. i.e. if you have booked 11:15 then you should be at the main entrance of the grotto for 11:15. Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your session to avoid congestion and overcrowding. Late entry will result in a loss of the booking, and we will be unable to rearrange your ticket. At this special time of year the car park and grotto can be particularly busy. We advise customers to take this into account when planning your visit.
Can I take photos/videos?
Yes you are welcome to take photos and videos of our grotto to keep as memories
How long will I be in the Santa's Grotto for?
The initial journey to Santa's House will take approx. 5 minutes, your visit with Santa will last up to 5 minutes per booked slot. After your visit with Santa you are welcome to stay in our bustling market square for as long as you wish where there will be plenty to keep all the family entertained.
What is your refund policy?
In the event that you are not able to attend unfortunately there will be no refund, however if you have contacted us at least 48hrs in advance of your booking we will do our best to rearrange where possible. Do you have disabled/elderly access?
Yes - please park in the golf car park and speak to the golf reception who will inform you of the disabled/elderly access to the grotto.
